"Popular"

"Oh god, I hate the popular girls at school."
"Ugh, here come the popular guys."
"Crap, it's the jocks."
"Oh man, I can smell their perfume from here."
So, a lot of us hate popular people at school, right? Well, these so-called "popular" people aren't actually popular at all. If they're mean, and half the school doesn't like them, they're definitely not popular, they've just put themselves upon a pedestal and try to tear down everyone else who tried to build their own. People who are actually popular are usually ones that are nice and get along with all different kinds of people, not ones that get along with their own kind and bully everyone else. Jerks are only "popular" because we let them get that way. My advice is to not let them scare you, and if they do something mean, call them out on it, because they really aren't any higher-class than you are, they just somehow trick the world into believing that...
